Program DescriptionFood & Business Economics is a diverse, exciting and dynamic discipline. The field applies economic theory and quantitative methods to address problems pertaining to the production and distribution of agricultural and food products and the management of the environment and natural resources. Possible areas of specialization include environmental and natural resource economics; marketing and food systems; and international development. The Graduate Program in Food & Business Economics at Rutgers University provides a stimulating environment in which to pursue graduate studies in these areas.
