This cross-border initiative connects young professionals with global mentors from academia, industry, and policy—offering personalized guidance based on shared goals, interests, and ambitions. Mentees receive personalized guidance based on shared interests, goals, and values. 

Venture Building Challenge
A global online competition where young professionals craft go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies or business innovations. With international judges, cash prizes, and a world title at stake, it’s a standout opportunity for entrepreneurial minds.

Rising Star Award

Each year IFAMA puts on a global event that attracts students, professionals and academics from all over the world to focus on innovations, challenges, and networking in the global ag-food sector. At the event, the Young Board hosts special and invaluable sessions for students and young professionals.

Our high-energy networking session connects students and early-career professionals with top global executives in a series of rapid, focused conversations. With over 150 young participants under 35, this session builds real connections and opens doors to global career opportunities.

Quiz Night Social

Held at a local eatery following Day 1 of the Symposium, this lively event combines Brazilian food, drinks, and a friendly trivia competition. It’s the perfect chance to unwind, meet new people, and have fun while sharing your agribusiness knowledge.
