Program Description

The Institute of Food & Agribusiness Leadership (IFAL), in partnership with Avila University, has launched a fully online program designed to strengthen leadership and supply-chain skills in the U.S. food and agribusiness sector. The modular certificates support early- and mid-career professionals with flexible, self-paced learning and AI-supported guidance. Topics include business model design, AgriFoodTech, sustainability, distribution strategy, and market-driven innovation, with electives such as sustainable finance, food loss and waste, and novel foods. Designed for individual learners or company cohorts, the curriculum helps professionals apply practical frameworks directly to real business decisions.
