SYMPOSIUM CALL FOR TEACHING CASES

The International Food and Agribusiness Management Association is committed to developing and showcasing best practices in case study writing, teaching, and learning to facilitate problem-solving and transfer knowledge for the next generation of agri-food management talent. You are invited to submit teaching case study proposals for participation in the IFAMA 2023 World Conference: Transforming the Global Food and Fibre System: Worldwide innovation for a resilient, nature-positive, and food-secure future, on June 17–22, 2023.

Themes for Symposium Teaching Cases:

  • Farmers First Showcasing farmers delivering on bold ambition
  • Future First Showcasing where the world is heading so we can get ahead of the curve

SYMPOSIUM CALL FOR REVIEWERS

The Academic Symposium will feature a Best Paper Competition and offers a fast-track and comprehensive paper review for a Conference Special Issue of papers that will be published in the IFAMA’s journal The International Food and Agribusiness Management Review. Would you be willing to serve as a paper reviewer for the Symposium? This task involves reviewing extended abstracts proposals and papers.

STUDENT CASE COMPETITION

We are pleased to announce a call for teams for the IFAMA 2023 Student Case Competition as part of the 2023 World Conference that will be hosted in Christchurch, New Zealand June 17-18, 2023.  Since 2005, IFAMA has hosted the only International Student Case Competition for students and early career professionals serving the agribusiness sector. It offers students and early career professionals a global stage to demonstrate their analytical and problem-solving skills, while giving their respective universities a venue to showcase the next generation of changemakers in the ag sector. BEST PAPER COMPETITION

The 2023 Best Paper Competition aims to attract and recognize research that distinctively rises above the criteria for the selected paper presentations. We invite authors to submit their best scientific studies for consideration in the Best Paper Award competition. Best Paper finalists must be registered for the conference and present their research during the Symposium.
