INTERNATIONAL STUDENT CASE COMPETITION
IFAMA hosts the only global student case competition serving the agribusiness sector. This year, for the first time, it will be hosted in both English and Spanish. Teams will compete in one of these streams: Undergraduate, Intermediate, and Advanced. For the first time IFAMA will offer separate streams for English speaking and for Spanish speaking students.
The case competition eliminatory rounds will take place concurrently on Sunday June 24th , with plenary session finals on Monday, June 25th.
A rich and stimulating international academic Symposium, with a Best Paper competition and a Best Case competition, in English and in Spanish.
The Symposium will start on Saturday afternoon, June 23rd, and end on Sunday afternoon June 24th. We will have some academic presentations paper sessions also during the Forum, June 25th-27th.
As done in prior years, IFAMA plans to publish in a special issue of its leading academic journal, IFAMR, the Best Papers and Best Cases in English. A dedicated, peer reviewed e-volume in Spanish, with print on demand, will also be published by the same publisher of IFAMR, with the best Spanish contributions.
IFAMA is planning to open submissions to the Symposium (both paper and cases) no later than Monday, September 25th. Instructions will be posted on this site by September 18th. Space is limited, submit early not to be disappointed.
